You can automatically install the required libraries together with Tux Paint itself by using 'yum' command after adding the EPEL ("Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux") repository:

• EL7
  Add the EPEL repsitory:
  $ yum install http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/e/epel-release-7-11.noarch.rpm

  Then, install Tux Paint and/or Tux Paint Config., together with the required libraries:
  $ yum install tuxpaint-0.9.23-2.el7.x86_64.rpm
$ yum install tuxpaint-config-0.0.14-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
