You can automatically install required libraries together with Tux Paint itself by using 'yum' command after adding the EPEL repository:

• EL7
  Add EPEL repsitory:
  $ yum install http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/e/epel-release-7-1.noarch.rpm

  Instal Tux Paint together with required libraries:
  $ yum install tuxpaint-0.9.22-1.x86_64.rpm
  
• EL6
  $ yum install http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/Packages/e/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
$ yum install tuxpaint-0.9.22-1.x86_64.rpm
